2. Serious mental health issues - e.g. Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorder or Suicidal Ideation
3. Cognitive impairments or memory issues
4. Complex or multiple medical conditions
5. Drug and alcohol issues
6. Ill health retirement
7. Work capability issues
8. More than 6 months absence
9. Fitness to teach
10. A large amount of supplementary information to support the referral

We appreciate there are some cases that are complex and require more than the standard appointment duration. In cases like this we provide additional time with the clinician and to compile the report which may be reflected within the fees.

Cases can be managed remotely via telephone or video consultations or face to face in our clinic facilities.
